Who responsible to provide punch list?

Hi ARE community,

When I read AHPP page 730, it says architect can choose to provide the punch list as additional service in B101. However according to A201 9.8 Substantial completion, it’s contractor’s responsibility to prepare and submit to architect. Could anyone help me out about this part?

It’s always been the GC’s responsibility to provide punch list.
