I am wondering if I meet all the requirements of the guaranteed pass listed on your website (https://blackspectacles.com/guarantee) if I still need to have my subscription active to in order to qualify.

The link you provided above explains all of the requirements you need to qualify. When you click the button to claim the guarantee the automated system will let you know if you qualify.
Although it’s not required to have an active subscription when you make the claim, you have to have attended the 3 VW within 30 days of your exam date.
If you don’t pass the first stage of verification you’ll be shown what study requirements you did not meet.
