I just wanted to touch on a struggle area from Sunday’s workshop.
If given the duration for the overall design, and then a percentage for each phase, you can calculate the duration for each phase by multiplying the overall duration by the percentage. I am sorry there was a glitch in the document, but I hope at the end, everyone understood the concept.
