Hi
the question below - I do not understand the Architects responsibility with the Owner’s consultants - I know that the architects is supposed to coordinate with them but not as regular consultants. Any additional coordination would be additional services. It has to be via the Owner. This is apparently not true and I am confused. The question is not very clear. I tend to fall on these questions. What is a good way to make sure i understand what they are looking for?
