Hi, didn’t understand why Employee D is a better fit than Employee F. Employee F will have a lower utilization rate than Employee D. Sorry for the screen shot. Is better for me to explain.

The question asked which employee would be the best to lead the team and act as architect of record. Employee F is a designer, whereas Employee D is an architect.
